What to expect...
Join me in the art of appreciating sheep and all they provide us! Learn about their lives, wool and then make a picture or some bunting to take home. We’ll start with a quick drink and locally made snacks. This is a chance to get to know each other and find out if you have any particular interests that we can cover. We will visit the sheep, observe their habitat, behaviour and fleeces - with some head scratches if they are up for it! Then we will have a look at some different wool and learn the basics of needle felting, letting your creativity flow! This is aimed at families with younger children, if you would like a longer session to learn to weave please book the Peg Loom Weaving session. If you would like to request an alternative date then please get in touch to see if we can organise this (Minimum 4 participants).
