Handmade sausages using just grass-fed Achpopuli hogget/mutton, home-grown Achpopuli garlic, mustard powder and Native Scottish Black Bee honey from Glen Urquhart  - with salt, pepper and wine to season.  This delicious, any-occasion sausage has undertones of sweetness and heat, with the full flavour of the meat still shining through.  There is no rusk in these sausages, so they are gluten free.
