shipping policy
SKINCARE AND WOOLLEN GOODS:
Shipping to UK via Royal Mail, will be sent within 7 days of purchase. I reuse packaging when I can, and make sure it is as environmentally friendly as possible.

MEAT:
Please note we do NOT offer a postal service. We offer free local delivery with a minimum order value of £30 (Abriachan, Drumnadrochit, Beauly, Black Isle, Inverness and surrounds). Any orders outwith the delivery area or below the minimum free delivery order must be collected within SEVEN DAYS of purchase. Any orders not collected within that time frame will be put back out for sale and refunds (full amount minus 1.5% handling fee) provided only when the produce has been resold. ALL PRODUCE IS FROZEN UNLESS SPECIFIED FRESH.

Please return any unused item within 28 days for refund or exchange.

All produce is non-returnable and non-refundable, unless it has not yet been collected/delivered.
