Pasture-fed, native breed mutton/hogget crafted into delicious burgers, simply seasoned with red wine, salt and pepper; sweet and unctuous with plum chutney or herby thyme with a touch of hedgerow jelly sweetness.  The mince is trim and shoulder, so a lovely balance of fat to meat for a juicy, full flavour.  Pack of 4, 500g, frozen.
