Sometimes you can't beat a leg joint - whether roasted low and slow to fall off the bone, or served pink and sliced.  Achpopuli pasture-fed hogget/mutton has a punchy flavour so can be enhanced with a light seasoning, but can also stand up to a spicy marinade.  Either whole or half legs available, chump or shank end will be specified in the variant description.
