Neck is perfect for slow cooking in a stew, ragu or curry, but for a smaller group - and cooking on the bone adds that extra unctuous flavour to the sauce.  Achpopuli slow-grown, native-breed pasture-fed hogget has a punchy flavour so can be enhanced with a light seasoning, but can also stand up to a spicy marinade. Necks are packaged in singles and doubles.
