Handmade sausages using just grass-fed Achpopuli hogget/mutton, home-grown Achpopuli garlic and rosemary  - with salt, pepper and wine to season.  This delicious, classic combination is hard to beat, with the full flavour of the meat still shining through.  There is no rusk in these sausages, so they are gluten free.
