Rosemary and garlic hogget sausages

Handmade sausages using just grass-fed Achpopuli hogget, home-grown Achpopuli garlic and rosemary collected from Abriachan villagers, with salt, pepper and wine to season.  This delicious, classic combination is hard to beat, with the full flavour of the hogget still shining through.  There is no rusk in these sausages, so they are gluten free - but just be careful not to let them dry out when cooking.
