A selection of pasture-fed, slow grown, native breed mutton cuts, to the value of at least £40. From sausages to mince to shoulder and leg joints - tell me your preferences and I will honour these whenever possible.  Also included is a free bag of stock bones, for an unctuous gravy or some nourishing bone broth.
