Farm tour

What to expect...

Join me on an informative farm walk, touring the different habitats and discussing nature friendly farming, regenerative agriculture and any other subjects that come up! We'll start with a cuppa and some locally made snacks. This is a chance to get to know each other a bit, to know what your interests are and if you want a particular slant on the tour and discussions. Then we will visit the sheep flock, see the ducks and geese at work, explore the agroforestry, heath, fens and bog and look at the wildlife that's present on the day. We can finish with a look at the fleeces and wool craft if that is of interest. This is a chance to get a really intimate look at a small scale regenerative farm, discuss the ethos behind the methods, be shown all the small things that you may not notice on your own. Find out how different elements works together and why a holistic approach is needed - and how we can take this further to look at other aspects of our lives. This is aimed at adults and young adults, if you would like to bring children please choose the family friendly session.
